GETTING STARTED
The group has a pre-reserved a block of rooms from July 12- 16, 2027
Deposit Due Date: February 20, 2026
To reserve your room a $150 per person deposit is required.
Final Payment is due by March 12, 2027
Your balance must be paid in full by this time.
The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
After final payment, the trip is 100% non-refundable.
Any modifications requested after the final payment date are subject to a $100 per room fee (refundable if the request cannot be accommodated by the supplier)

Please be sure to email us your flight itinerary to hello@sunberrytravel.com by May 7, 2027 to confirm your roundtrip airport transfers. Guests who do not email their flight itinerary by this date will forfeit use of the included transportation.

Yes. All travelers including adults, children, and infants must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Your passport should remain valid for at least six months after your return date.
